Audience: MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and RNs of Texas DSHS-funded Family Planning, Breast & Cervical Cancer Services, and Primary Health Care Contractors and their health care clinician partners. Others will be accepted on a space available basis.

Conference Fee: $75 for Texas DSHS-funded Family Planning, Breast & Cervical Cancer Services, and Primary Health Care Contractors and their health care clinician partners, as well as Title X/BCCS contractors in NM, OK, AR, LA. $85 for registrations received after March 28th, $95 for registration on-site.

$150 for all others, on a space available basis. $160 for registrations received after March 28th, $170 for registration on-site.

Please note, registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received before May 6, 2008. Late and on-site registration will be accepted only on a space available basis.

Continuing Education: A maximum of 11.5 CMEs will be available for a $60 fee, payable at the conference. The conference agenda includes content which satisfies 1.25 hours of medical ethics/professional responsibility requirement for Texas physicians. A maximum of 13.5 Nursing contact hours will be available at no extra charge.

Center for Health Training designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Institute of Medical Quality and the California Medical Association’s CME Accreditation Standards (IMQ/CMA). CHT is accredited by IMQ/CMA for issuing AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ for physicians.
