Participants: Invited contractor staff who have knowledge about fiscal aspects of agency, the client base and utilization, DSHS Central office and Regional staff.

Objectives:

• Understand the methodology for conducting the Texas DSHS Title X cost analysis.
• Develop the ability to allocate costs into the DSHS Title X cost centers
• Become familiar with the process of obtaining relevant cost and utilization data to complete the cost analysis process
