RH2007 Reproductive Health Conference
The 36th Annual Reproductive Health Conference
will be held in beautiful, downtown Portland, Oregon on March 21–23, 2007. In addition, we have scheduled three exciting pre-conference workshops on Monday and Tuesday, March 19 & 20.
Please submit your conference registration by fax or mail to indicate your choice of concurrent sessions. Your registration payment is not required with your registration form. Your registration form will reserve your space at the conference. You may also pay by credit card (see below).
At the time of your registration, an agency purchase order may be submitted to CHT and we will send an invoice for final payment. We understand that it takes time to process a purchase order or agency check. An invoice/receipt will be included in your conference confirmation packet, which will be mailed 2 weeks prior to the conference.
