Strategic Planning & Sustainability

This interactive training will focus on the basic principles and core stages of strategic planning and sustainability for non-profit agencies. Participants will gain insight into the areas of workgroup formation, vision & mission development, environmental assessment, critical issue prioritization and organizational planning. The session include presentations of information, group discussions and experiential activities with a focus on practical “real world” application.

experience. However, good preparation is the key to
building confidence and reducing anxiety. This
interactive workshop will address how to engage
audiences and enhance presentation skills. It will also
offer tips and techniques to help you develop an
effective presentation.
