This two hour audio conference will examine the physiological changes associated with perimenopause and menopause, the implications for reproductive health care and the management of menopausal symptoms.

Trainer
Sharon Myoji Schnare, RN, FNP, CNM, MSN, FAANP is a clinician in women's, adolescent, and family health care in private practice at the South Kitsap Family Care Clinic, in Port Orchard, WA. Sharon is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Family and Child Nursing at the University of Washington. She has spent 27 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and is also certified as a Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, colposcopist and clinical hypnotherapist. Sharon served as Director of the Harbor-UCLA Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program from 1985-1994, and as Assistant Regional Health AdministratorRegional Program Consultant for the Office of Population Affairs from 1995-1998.
