About This Event

In this evening training, faculty will report back on presentations and discussions from the 17th Annual Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI).

Objectives

Following this training, participants will be prepared to:

  • Identify new information on HIV pathogenesis as it may relate to future treatment intervention
  • Discuss data on studies of new treatment agents being studied in early phase trials
  • Summarize results of ongoing clinical trials investigating novel HIV treatment strategies
  • Apply new knowledge to clinical practice
